Hi, Ilona! It is very important to write the correct emails. In email we lose the benefit of eye-contact, body language, a firm handshake or a smile. That is why we should think what we write and how we write to sound positively.

I also agree with You. It's very important to write the correct email. Humanity always perfects their communications, but I think if you don't know how to write post letter, you cann't write correct email letter.
